At Unes SRL, we are committed to offering high quality products and impeccable
customer service. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase,
we're here to help.
1. Conditions eligibility for reimbursement
A refund may be requested in the following cases:
• Damaged or defective product: If the product has damaged on delivery or
has a manufacturing defect.
• Order error: If you receive a different product from the one you ordered.
• Product non-conformity: If the product delivered does not
correspond to its description on our site.
Please note: For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for
products that have been opened or consumed, except in the case of a proven defect.
2. Claim procedure
To request a refund, follow the steps below:
1. Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order at following email addresssales@tastecolor.be
2. Please provide the following information:
o Your order number.
o A detailed description of the problem.
o Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).
3. Once your request has been validated, we will inform you of the next steps.
3. Repayment methods
• Refunds are made via the same method of payment used for the order.
• Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 working days after your
request has been approved.
• Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event of an error on
our part.
4. Exceptions
The following cases are not eligible for reimbursement:
• Products whose use-by date has expired after receipt.
• Products stored or handled improperly after delivery.
• Products purchased on promotion or sale, unless otherwise stated.
5. Incorrect delivery or missing product
In case of incorrect delivery or missing product in your order, please
contact us immediately. After verification, we will propose either :
• Shipment of the missing product.
• A refund for the undelivered product.
